SHIPPING RATES
Jhanna Fine Jewelry offers complimentary standard overnight shipping, including insurance, for all online orders within the continental United States. International customers, as well as customers located outside of the continental United States, are responsible for shipping and insurance charges, including any taxes or customs duties .Jhanna Fine Jewelry generally uses FedEx for shipments, however, we may use any shipping service we deem appropriate. Please contact us with any special delivery requests.
RETURN POLICY
If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your online purchase, you may return any item within 14 days of receipt, provided that the product is free from scratches and without signs of wear and tear. The product cannot be used or damaged, nor can any tags or mechanisms be removed or tampered with, in order for your refund to be processed. Items that are previously worn will not be accepted. To request a return authorization, please contact JhannafineJewelry@gmail.com. Your refund will be processed after receipt and inspection of the returned product is assessed by our qualified team. Merchandise which has been deemed damaged or does not meet the term, conditions, and timeframes outlined herein, the return may be rejected by Jhanna Fine Jewelry. We apologize, but we do not currently ship items outside the UNITED STATES, including custom items or final sale items.

Please follow our 3 easy steps below:
1. PACKAGE YOUR ORDER:
Repack the item(s) in the original packaging materials. To receive a refund, you must provide the original packaging documentation. If not returned with the item, you will be subject to the full retail price of the item.
2. SHIPPING & INSURANCE:
For your protection, we recommend shipping returns insured using FedEx, UPS, or USPS Express or Priority Mail. Please note: for security purposes, do not write JhannaFineJewelry.com or the contents of the package such as jewelry, diamonds, gold or any other related items on the outside of the box. Return shipments are the responsibility of the customer.
3. RETURN PROCESS:
Jhanna Fine Jewelry and its qualified affiliates reserve the right to verify the authenticity and condition of the product upon receipt. Once your item(s) have been received and accepted, you will receive a full refund for the cost of the item excluding shipping, handling and insurance charges. Please allow 7-12 business days after the item(s) has been received for your credit to be processed. Refunds will be issued using the same type of payment used in the original purchase. If not returned, you will be subject to the full retail price of the item.
